Studio Other is expanding its business development team as organizations across Southern California prioritize thoughtful, adaptable workplace environments. The company has announced Rachel Eisner as New Business Development Sales Executive, bringing a blend of design and sales experience to the firm’s growing presence in the region.

Eisner holds an Associate’s Degree in Interior Architecture from UCLA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts from the University of California, San Diego. Her professional experience includes eight years as an interior designer, followed by another eight years focused on sales within the Southern California commercial interiors market.

As demand continues to evolve for more intentional, performance-driven work environments, organizations are seeking partners who understand both the creative and strategic aspects of interior spaces. Eisner’s combined experience in design and sales reflects that broader industry shift.

In her role at Studio Other, Eisner will focus on identifying new opportunities and building relationships with companies seeking custom workspace solutions. She will also work closely with internal teams to support ongoing business development efforts across the region.

“Rachel brings a really thoughtful perspective to the team. She understands both the design side and what clients are actually trying to achieve, which makes a big difference in how we approach each project,” said Charlotte Wiederholt, President of Studio Other.

Eisner’s experience working across both design and sales roles positions her to support clients through early-stage conversations and long-term project planning. Her familiarity with the Southern California market will support Studio Other’s continued growth and engagement with regional partners.

The addition of Eisner supports Studio Other’s continued focus on expanding client relationships and identifying new project opportunities across Southern California.
