What is the Co-Design Process?
We want to learn and deeply understand your business, organizational structure, brand identity, office culture, and overall vision for your day-to-day needs.
Our team takes the data from the discovery phase and defines a clear design direction.
Our creative design team will develop concepts based on what we’ve learned.
We build rapid prototypes of the concepts for the purpose of user testing and proof of concept.
Test prototypes and provide feedback for refinement, making any necessary changes until you are completely satisfied with the solution.
With the approved design concept in hand, our engineers and vendor partners bring your ideas to life.

How Western Office Executes?
PlanGrid enables our team to collect and catalog a comprehensive list of punchlist items for clear communication and successful project completion. Your Project Manager uploads the CAD drawings into PlanGrid prior to the furniture installation. Punchlist issues are collected throughout the installation and are often rectified prior to occupancy. This tagged floorplan and itemized report are issued to all parties. Issues are systematically dealt with and the PlanGrid report is updated which ensures that all punchlist issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
